Blackthorn Craft Wood Stick – 120cm Fresh-Cut Unseasoned

1 x 120cm x 2.5Dia Blackthorn.

Blackthorn sticks embody the spirit of traditional woodland craft. Fresh-cut and unseasoned, each piece retains its natural character—wonky forms, authentic grain, and organic twist that no kiln-dried material can replicate.

These 120cm sticks measure 2.25–2.75cm in diameter. Thorns have been safely removed, leaving raw blackthorn ready for carving, turning, or shaping into wands, staffs, walking sticks, and ceremonial tools. The unseasoned wood seasons naturally as you work, rewarding patience with deeper colour and stability—a hallmark of slow, intentional craft.

Prized in folklore and heritage woodworking for their natural strength and distinctive appearance, blackthorn pieces suit makers who value authenticity and the tactile process of working with wood as nature provides it.
