Make your own woodland-inspired Christmas tree with seven natural hazel or ash branches grown at Top Lock Farm. The wood is cut to graduated lengths and pre-drilled, with 5m of string included to connect the branches.

A hands-on festive craft project that brings the character of natural woodland materials into your home. Add your own fairy lights, baubles or Christmas cards to personalise your finished hanging tree.

What's included

  • 7 natural wooden branches, from approximately 110cm long at the base to 10cm at the top.
  • 5m of string for connecting the branches.
  • Pre-drilled holes for threading the string.

Natural woodland materials

The branches are hazel or ash grown at Top Lock Farm. This kit complements our rustic hazel and woodland craft materials, but the wood supplied may be either species.

  • Branch diameter: approximately 30–40mm.
  • Hole diameter: 8mm.
  • Holes positioned approximately 5cm in from each end.
  • Graduated lengths create the Christmas tree shape.

Assemble and make it your own

Thread the supplied string through the holes to connect the branches. Adjust the spacing between tiers to suit your display. The example shown is approximately 1.5m tall; your finished height will depend on the spacing you choose.

Supplied as branches and string, not an assembled tree. Lights and decorations are not included.
